Scope
The project comprised the construction of four new commercial industrial units located at 31 Kairua Road, Wigram. Each unit featured a two-storey office space fronting the street, paired with a large warehouse to the rear to provide flexible, high-performing spaces suitable for a range of commercial and industrial tenants. The development was designed to deliver a modern, functional business environment with strong architectural form, efficient layouts, and robust finishes.
Process
The construction was delivered under a traditional build contract, with JLC Construction responsible for the full execution of the works. The programme was carefully managed to enable the simultaneous delivery of structural steel, precast panels, and fit-out works across all four units.
