Scope
JLC Developments is the client, with consent currently underway and construction scheduled to commence in December 2025. This project is a greenfield design-and-build development consisting of four modern commercial industrial units, each incorporating integrated warehouse and office space. The scheme has been carefully planned to provide flexible solutions for a range of business tenants, balancing functionality with architectural appeal. The project has been designed in collaboration with Lumen (Architect & Engineer) and Babbage (Geotechnical Engineer), ensuring a coordinated approach across all technical and design disciplines. JLC Developments is the client, with consent currently underway and construction scheduled to commence in December 2025.
