Who we are

JLC Construction is a Christchurch-based commercial and residential building company established in 2020. As Licensed Building Practitioners and Registered Master Builders, we specialise in commercial construction, new builds, and structural strengthening projects across Christchurch, Canterbury, and the South Island.

Led by Founder and Director Joshua Lee, our team brings extensive experience in building, site management, and project delivery. We're committed to working collaboratively with clients to ensure every project is completed with quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and transparent communication.

As the Founder and Director of JLC Construction, Joshua Lee drives the company’s strategic direction, quality standards, and client relationships. With a background in commercial construction and project management, Joshua has led the successful delivery of multiple large-scale builds across the Canterbury region.



His leadership philosophy centres on collaboration, precision, and a commitment to delivering every project with integrity. Joshua’s commercial expertise and forward-thinking approach have been key to JLC’s growth and its reputation for quality and reliability.
