The works were carefully sequenced to maintain structural integrity and programme momentum. JLC Construction coordinated across consultants and subcontractors to ensure compliance with engineering requirements, manage critical path activities, and maintain a high standard of workmanship throughout.
Result
The JLC team completed this project with precision and care. Key aspects included: Physical works completed in 4 months, valued at $1.4 million. 6 x 10m screw piles. 6 large chevron (K-frames). Roof bracing and struts to all roof areas. FRP to all internal block walls. Full refit and make good after being vacant for approximately 8 years. Commissioning of all services and make good works. The result demonstrates JLC Construction’s capability in delivering high-quality, technically demanding projects across commercial and residential environments.
