Scope
The development comprises bespoke townhouse units designed for quality living and durable performance. Works include site establishment, earthworks and drainage, foundations, timber framing, mid‑floors, roofing, façade and joinery installation, interior fit‑out, and external works to shared access and landscaping.
Process
Delivery was sequenced to maintain programme momentum while managing site constraints and neighbour interfaces. Materials and trades were scheduled to optimise critical path activities, with regular QA checks to ensure weathertightness, performance, and finish quality. Access and logistics were closely managed to avoid disruption.
Result
Key aspects included: 7 bespoke townhouse units. Construction managed along a long, narrow driveway to maintain safe access for residents and deliveries. Completed in 7 full months.
